Are your 18650 batteries authentic and grade-A?
Yes, we source directly from reputable manufacturers like Samsung, LG, Molicel, and Sony/Murata. Every batch is tested for capacity and internal resistance to ensure you receive genuine, Grade-A cells.
How do you ship lithium-ion batteries safely?
Safety is our priority. All batteries are shipped in accordance with DOT and IATA regulations, utilizing non-conductive packaging and specialized hazardous materials labeling to ensure safe transit.
Do these batteries come with a warranty?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. High-drain applications and wear-and-tear from standard cycle life are not covered.
What is the difference between protected and unprotected cells?
Protected cells feature an integrated electronic circuit (BMS) to prevent over-charge and over-discharge, making them slightly longer. Unprotected cells lack this circuit and are typically used in custom battery packs or high-drain devices with built-in protection.

Can I return batteries if I ordered the wrong size?
Due to safety regulations regarding the transport of lithium batteries, returns are only accepted if the items are unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.
